Online SHEA Gas Course
The SHEA Gas training allows access for all individuals entering operational sites within the gas utilities sector. The scheme is affiliated with CSCS, allowing holders access to construction sites for utility work purposes without a separate CSCS card. An online trainer-led course, delivered via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Description
Costs shown on the website include the EUSR registration and virtual card(s). From April 1st 2024, the cost of EUSR registration fees and cards will be increasing (this will be reflected in our costs of courses/EUSR cards).
Candidates receive virtual cards (accessible on mobile phone) instead of physical plastic cards. If plastic cards are still required as an addition, these can be added to your order at checkout. Please note, a plastic card cannot be ordered in replacement of a virtual card.

This course requires a minimum of two candidates to run so if numbers are low the course may be cancelled - if this was to happen any candidates booked on would be informed with at least 7 days notice and offered the choice of either a different course date or full refund.

Registration: Certification is valid for 5 years and registration is renewed on completion of this course.
Safety Health and Environmental Awareness
The SHEA Gas Scheme allows access to operational sites within the gas utilities sector. Suitable for individuals at all levels including operatives, supervisors and management.
The training covers nine modules, six ‘core’ modules relevant for all utility industries, and three modules which provide the gas industry specific content. Candidates must complete all nine modules and pass the SHEA Gas assessment to gain EUSR SHEA Gas registration. This is an Energy & Utility Skills Passport Scheme and does not indicate any level of technical competence or skilled expertise.
Course Duration and Registration
The course duration is normally a full day (approx. 6 hours). The course is an interactive trainer-led delivery and candidates are invited to share and discuss experiences with the group.
EUSR registration for SHEA Gas is for five years from the date of assessment.
