The SHEA Water training allows access for all individuals entering operational sites within the water industry. The scheme is affiliated with CSCS, allowing holders access to construction sites for utility work purposes without a separate CSCS card. An online trainer-led course, delivered online. Costs shown on the website include the EUSR registration and virtual card(s). From April 1st 2024, the cost of EUSR registration fees and cards will be increasing (this will be reflected in our costs of courses/EUSR cards).
Candidates receive virtual cards (accessible on mobile phone) instead of physical plastic cards. If plastic cards are still required as an addition, these can be added to your order at checkout. Please note, a plastic card cannot be ordered in replacement of a virtual card.

Duration: 1 day
Registration: Certification is valid for 3 years and registration is renewed on completion of this course.
Safety Health and Environmental Awareness
The SHEA Water scheme allows access to operational sites within the water industry, for individuals at all levels including operatives, supervisors and management.
The SHEA Water training covers eight modules, six ‘core’ modules with relevance for all utility industries, and two modules providing the water industry specific content. Candidates must complete all eight modules and pass the SHEA Water assessment to gain EUSR SHEA Water registration. This is an Energy & Utility Skills Passport Scheme and does not indicate any level of technical competence or skilled expertise.
Course Duration and Registration
The course duration is normally a full day (approx. 6 hours). The course is an interactive trainer-led delivery and candidates are invited to share and discuss experiences with the group.
EUSR registration for SHEA Water is for three years from the date of assessment.
